If you have a minute, I'd like to tell you a little about our history. I began learning the Real Estate Business over 37 years ago.  While in college in Boston, I worked in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate gaining valuable experience.  Upon my return home to Plymouth I decided to pursue a career in Real Estate.

Always disappointed in the average level of service clients receive, my dream was to cultivate a business for clients with products and services previously unheard of in the Plymouth area.  In 1974 I got in touch with ERA (Electronic Realty Associates), well known for their cutting edge technology, and joined with them to become one of their leading companies, (a company consistently placing in the top 100 offices both in the New England region and nationwide).  As of the end of 2007, ERA Real Estate services are available in 29 countries, and all 50 states, with over 30,000 Sales Associates.  ERA Belsito continues its long lasting tradition of service to its clients, having added an Appraisal Company, a New Home Division, and an Insurance Company, to one location - all with extensive experience in their fields.

          My company, ERA Belsito, along with my Associates, have been a proven leader in the South Shore Real Estate market.  Credit must go to Susan Edwards, voted Best Office Administrator TRI-STATE ERA Council in February of 2003. And ERA Belsito was praised the best ERA Company by the same Council in 2003.  Gross Sales of 2002, 2003, & 2004 surpassed every agency in Greater Plymouth Real Estate Business.
